This online group has been meeting regularly twice a week since March 2020. In the two hour session, the first part focuses on a particular theme or approach to conscious breathing, while in the second part, participants breathe together accompanied by music to add a specific mood or direction to the breathing. We finish off the meetings by dancing together to some upbeat music!
The group is free although donations via PayPal are always welcome! The languages spoken are English, Turkish and Italian. This is the unique feature of this group. Over the months, we have built up a little community of unconditional love and reciprocal support in an atmosphere of joy, gratitude and creativity.

We meet on Zoom on Tuesdays and Fridays 16.00 – 18.00 CET. In July and August we meet once a week at the same time on Tuesdays. After contacting me, I will send you the link to join the meeting.
